This is not a Holy Day of Obligation this year since it falls on a Saturday. The Solemnity of All Saints is celebrated on the first of November. It was instituted to honor all of the saints, both known and unknown, and, according to Pope Urban IV, to supply any deficiencies in the faithful's celebration of saints' feasts during the year.
Everyone is invited to enjoy Adoration, an Advent reflection from Bishop Hying and social time with fellow members of our pastorate as we begin the Season of Advent.
