Suicide touches families, friends, parishes and communities. In all likelihood, we all know someone who has died by suicide. How can we, as people of faith, respond? Laura Sokup, Mental Health Coordinator of the Diocese of Madison, will be leading an interactive presentation on how to support those grieving the loss of a loved one to suicide. This presentation will be held on Thursday, September 10, from 6:00–8:00 p.m. at St. Clement Catholic Church. Registration is recommended by emailing Bill Manthe at [email protected]. The Sacrament of Confirmation will be celebrated at St. Clement Church on Sunday, September 13 at 4:00 p.m. for students in our pastorate who are entering the 9th grade. Confirmandi and their sponsors need to be at St. Clement Church by 2:30 p.m. for a practice. Please complete the required documents and return them to Fr. Steve Brunner by August 1.
